Jamaican Man collects $95 Million Jackpot disguised as Darth Vader
A Jamaican man has kept his identity secret while picking up his winning $95 million dollar jackpot ticket.
According to the daily newspaper “The Jamaican Gleaner”, W. Brown dressed up as the iconic Star Wars villain Darth Vader when claiming his ticket. He bought the ticket from the Di Endz Sports Bar in Jamaica.
The winning numbers were very similar to what Brown had been choosing for the past 20 years, which he said were based on premonitions and dreams, or “rakes” in Jamaican culture.
He said he wanted to hide his identity until he’d made the right decision on how he was going to spend the money.
Supreme Ventures Vice President Gail Abrahams handed the large $95 million check to Brown. Assistant Vice President explained that due to the high crime rate in Jamaica, the locals do not want their faces broadcasted.
