General Terms and Conditions

All winners must adhere to both the contest’s and Boom Radio’s terms and conditions
All callers must be over the age of 16
Any decisions made by Boom Radio are final
If the competition prize needs to be collected from Boom Radio, winners will need to collect it within 7 business days
If a prize is not collected within 7 business days, Boom Radio has the right to keep the prize for further competitions or a different entrant
Boom Radio reserves the rights to cancel competitions at any time, without notice
Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult when collecting the prize from the station
Entry into the contest deems consent to use prize winners names, photographs and any audio for promotional purposes
Employee’s and family members of Boom Radio are ineligible to enter the Competition
