Victorian Premier Instructs people to Start Wearing Masks

With the rising cases of COVID-19 within the Victorian state, it will become mandatory for residents of Melbourne and Mitchell Shire to wear face masks as of Thursday.
In light of this, the Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews made the announcement early this morning, saying social distancing should also be observed in order to slow down the spread within the state.
When rules are enforced there are two types of face masks that will be classed as suitable for community use these include cloth masks and surgical masks.
